The People and The Real Estate in The Palisades

The Palisades in North West Edmonton is a community set in a scenic location in the provincial capital of Alberta. Flanked by an abundance of beautiful parks and set close to the river, the community is within easy reach of the major venues, commercial spaces, and retail of Downtown. One of the city’s largest residential areas, this part of Edmonton was first developed in 1984.

The New Community of The Palisades

The Palisades is in fact not one, but six different North Western Edmonton neighborhoods. Stretching from Albany in the northern section, past Carlton, Cumberland, Hudson, and Oxford all the way to Pembina to its southern end, The Palisades area is a coveted residential pocket of Edmonton. To its north is one of the main transport corridors of the region - Anthony Henday Drive. To the south are access points to other residential parts of the city and the buzzing Downtown. And on the west, the Canadian National Railway line.
