Dunluce is a residential neighbourhood located in the Castledowns area of north Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The serene neighbourhood was one of the areas that were expanded in the Castle Downs region in 1971. The New Community of Dunluce
Development of Dunluce real estate began in the 1970s and some residences were built thereafter. It was the economic boom driven by oil during the 1970s that led to the expansion of Edmonton’s boundaries. The boundaries were expanded to house the anticipated population growth.
