Your New Bannerman Home in Edmonton

Bannerman was named after a local businessman by the name H. Bannerman who set up home in the Belmont area back in 1883. He served on the board of Belmont School. The area which is now known as Bannerman became a part of the City of Edmonton in 1961 when much of this area was annexed into the city. The community’s development primarily took place during the 1970s.

Bannerman’s residences are mostly single family detached homes with sprawling back and front spaces.
